3. Service Categories

3.2 Information Products: Digital courses, guides, and templates.
3.3 Goods: Physical items such as branded hardware components.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are due in advance. Approved payment methods are described during checkout. Lack of timely payment may suspend access or delivery.
5. Refund and Scheduling Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days if no substantive work has begun. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Once project milestones are delivered or work has commenced beyond initial planning, services become non-refundable but may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.
5.2 Information Products
Digital items are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If fewer than 20 percent of the materials have been accessed, a refund request may be submitted. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
5.3 Goods
Defective or incorrect items may be shipped back within 14 days. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 days or provide a replacement.
6. No-Refund Items
Premium packages that include unlimited support or custom algorithm licensing are non-refundable once access is granted. This policy ensures dedication of resources and scheduling commitments.
7. Amendments
LogicOAI may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Agra.
